Frequently asked questions
Are there any booking fees for consumers?
No. Consumers pay only the provider's listed price. There are no hidden fees, service charges, or surcharges on the consumer side.
How does the per-booking commission work?
The commission is a percentage of the completed booking value (including taxes and tips if applicable). It is deducted from the provider's payout after the session is completed. Higher-tier plans have lower commission rates.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your provider plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts.
What is Featured Placement?
Featured Placement is an optional add-on at $25 per week per location. It places your listing in the 'Top in area' slot for your service category, increasing visibility to nearby consumers.
How do payouts work?
After a session is completed, the booking amount minus commission is sent to your connected bank account via Stripe. Payout timing may vary but is typically within a few business days.
What happens if a client no-shows?
On Pro and Studio plans, you can enable no-show protection. This requires clients to keep a card on file and allows you to charge a fee (you set the policy). The platform takes a 20% fee on collected no-show charges.
